I must say I have been reluctant to go to Walgreens. My first experience was not good. I did not know I had to have the same amount of items as coupons (including in ad coupons). So if you have ten coupons you have to have ten items. They keep low amount fillers near the register. This time it was a good trip and I had no problems with this cashier!!!! I was very excited about the outcome.

Great job Jen Jen!! I need to read more of these and get some ideas. I need to start saving a little money.
ReplyDeleteStart with buying two copies of the Sunday Paper, take out the coupon inserts, date the front with a sharpie marker and then put them aside. You will need to build your coupon inventory for several - four weeks for a good start. Coupons.com is a good place for printable coupons. I only print ones that I KNOW I am going to use and are high value coupons (1.00 or more). That should get you started. Call me with any questions and I can walk you through the beginer stage. I also recomend Southernsavers.com and bookmark it. This is where you will get your sale ad and coupon match ups. They do your leg work for you. They have a tutorial tab go there and watch the three short videos that explains things very well. :)
